About
I'm not here to "make it pretty." I'm here to make it work — for the user, the system, and the team building it. I'm a product design leader with roots in civic tech and passion for security and compliance. I bring structure to ambiguity, ask hard questions early, and love partnering across disciplines to solve real problems — not just design artifacts.
In past lives I've worked on government compliance systems, helped scale design strategy org-wide, and taught UX to career changers. In my free time I ferment things, design clothing, and am probably running/biking/playing somewhere in Brooklyn.
Work history
I led product design on Drata's enterprise GRC platform — shaping tools that help the world's fastest-growing companies scale securely and stay audit-ready.
I partner with mission-driven orgs and startups to shape strategy, define vision, and bring digital products to life — whether starting from napkin sketch or scaling MVPs.
I designed federal digital tools with clarity, accessibility, and equity in mind — from healthcare compliance at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid to wellness tracking for the Department of Defense.
I taught UX and product design to emerging talent and helped evolve GA's curriculum to reflect the real-world challenges designers face in modern product teams.
I worked shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to design usable, ethical, and scalable systems — embedding design deeply into agile, high-stakes environments.
