A little more about me...

First things first, I'm not here to "make it pretty..." I'm here to make it work: for the user, the system, and the team building it. I'm a product design leader with roots in civic tech and passion for service design. I bring structure to ambiguity, ask hard questions early, and love partnering across disciplines to solve real problems through the design of effective artifacts.

In past lives I've worked on government compliance systems, helped scale design strategy org-wide, and taught UX to career changers. In my free time I ferment things, design clothing, and am probably running/biking/playing somewhere in Brooklyn.
